Aim: The aim of this study is to determine whether resilience associated with healthy lifestyles, defined as physical activity, dietary habits and proper sleep, in a population nurses, students administrative workers. Methods: included total 290 respondents: 149 71 clerks 70 nursing students, from six different cities the territory Serbia, during year 2022. To assess resilience, we used Brief Resilience Scale (BRS). In order examine influence asked respondents fill out questionnaire which general questions about socio-demographic lifestyle characteristics, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) Mediterranean Diet Adherence Screener (MEDAS). Results: People who predominantly use olive oil their diet main culinary fat are more resilient that those do not it (p = 0.024). Resilience means the ability to deal successfully with difficult situations, and hence low resilience will lead many negative outcomes. The aim of this study was explore risk factors for among Grade 10 adolescents in Gampaha district, Sri Lanka. levels data related putative were obtained by using a validated 14-Item Sinhala Scale questionnaire on (both which self-administered) from conducting descriptive cross-sectional study. There 464 (33.6%) cases (score=14-73) 916 (66.4%) controls high (score=74-98). For case-control study, computed sample size each case control group 128, who selected applying simple random sampling. Risk determined bivariate multivariable analyses χ2 test logistic regression. Results expressed as ORs respective 95% CIs. Among 33 analysed, 13 found be significant analysis. These comprised (1) one or both parents dead (AOR=2.5, CI [1.2, 14.5]; p=0.032), (2) mother's educational level (AOR=1.9, [1.6, 3.8]; p=0.021), (3) sleep <8 hours (AOR=1.6, [1.1, p=0.002), (4) having less than six close classmates (AOR=1.5, 4.3]; (5) not attending Sunday school (AOR=1.8, 10.6]; p=0.001), (6) being short-tempered (AOR=2.2, [1.5, 3.6]; p=0.003), (7) conflicts friends (AOR=1.4, 7.5]; p=0.043), (8) seeking help when confronted/facing difficulties 6.9]; p=0.032) (9) lack support home need 5.8]; p=0.001). Although the psychopathological consequences of childhood maltreatment (CM) are widely acknowledged, less is known about underlying pathways resilience following CM. Preliminary Evaluation of a Targeted, School-Based Social and Emotional Learning Intervention for at Risk Youth: Football Beyond Borders DOI Creative Commons

This brief report provides preliminary independent evidence of the efficacy Football Beyond Borders (FBB), a targeted, school-based social and emotional learning (SEL) intervention for at-risk youth. FBB includes weekly SEL classroom sessions, activities on football pitch, 1:1 therapy holiday support, rewards trips. Propensity score matching difference-in-differences estimation were used in pre-test/post-test control group design to assess impact mental wellbeing (assessed via Short Warwick–Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale, SWEMWBS) participants designated ( N = 46 aged 12–14, 78.3% male), passive learners 72, 84.7% role models 35, 85.7% with matched samples derived from subset #BeeWell cohort study 8015). To date little is known about factors that might contribute to positive literacy outcomes in children with (a risk of) reading difficulties (RD). Background: This study investigated the association of psychological well-being (PWB), resilience, depressive symptoms, and social–emotional learning (SEL) with physical activity (PA) in school-aged children. The objective was to understand how these psychosocial factors influence PA levels identify gender-specific differences relationships. Methods: cross-sectional involved 534 fourth grade sixth students from eight schools Midwest region United States, data collected through a Qualtrics survey. Multiple linear regression models were used analyze data, analyses conducted between boys girls. Results: indicated that all taken together are significantly associated (F = 26.937, p < 0.001). Resilience research is concerned with studying the complex interplay of personal and ecological resources that promote positive adaptation following adversity in different populations. Although much has investigated adjustment young persons exposed to intimate partner violence (IPV), most this taken a deficit approach by focusing on negative cascades effects exposure IPV functioning group. In paper, we discuss mixed methods integration two independent strength-based or resilience-focused studies involving Canadian youth IPV. Study 1 qualitative constructive grounded theory study aimed identify coping strategies use effectively cope traumatic experience growing up an IPV-affected family.
