Aim:
The
aim
of
this
study
is
to
determine
whether
resilience
associated
with
healthy
lifestyles,
defined
as
physical
activity,
dietary
habits
and
proper
sleep,
in
a
population
nurses,
students
administrative
workers.
Methods:

Objective

Resilience
research
