Poly-ADP-ribosylation (PARylation) is a post-translational modification in which ADP-ribose added to substrate proteins. PARylation mediated by superfamily of ADP-ribosyl transferases known as PARPs and influences wide range cellular functions, including genome integrity maintenance, the regulation proliferation differentiation. We others have recently reported that SH3 domain-binding protein 2 (3BP2) plays role bone metabolism, immune system regulation, cytokine production.
