The aim of our paper was to evaluate the level aerobic performance in students Pavol Jozef Šafárik University Košice (UPJŠ) reflection their physical activity (PA) after COVID-19 pandemic. research pool for assessment pandemic impact on PA consisted 675 UPJŠ (466 females and 209 males). Aerobic endurance data were obtained from results a 20-meter multistage shuttle run (beep test). In research, we found negative students´ almost 1/4 all respondents. Considering current standard both sexes, women showed better than men did performance. Comparing groups with without effect PA, significant difference (p < 0.01) male group. VO2max similar study by Zadarko et al. (2010), observed decrease „excellent” (–11.9%) „fair” (–6.3%) norms women. However, an increase „good” (+24.4%). We recorded number performances „superior” (–14.7%) (–9.3%) males (+13.7%) „poor” (+10.6%) groups. Our confirmed undergraduates´ activity. Repeated restriction future may not only permanently reduce fitness physically active people, but also risk various health problems.

This study explored changes in leisure styles among adults during the periods before (2019), (2020–2022), and after (2023) COVID-19 pandemic. A quantitative, cross-sectional, exploratory design was employed using a non-probabilistic sample of 300 participants aged 18–60 years (mean age = 31.7 ± 10.8). Data were collected via an online survey Leisure Practices Scale, which measures engagement artistic, manual, physical activity, intellectual, social, touristic, virtual, contemplative practices.
