We aimed to retrospectively analyze the efficacy and safety of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) as adjuvant therapy for intrauterine adhesion (IUA) endometrial repair. Patients enrolled at Shengjing Hospital Affiliated China Medical University from January 2017 2020 treatment infertility who diagnosed with recurrent IUA confirmed by hysteroscopy were included. BM-MSC was isolated patient's own collected before preserved. The patients admitted hospital hysteroscopic transcervical resection adhesions in early proliferative phase menstrual cycle, given first perfusion BM-MSCs on same day surgery after second third fifth cycle. After improvement followed up once a year, two years. All had bleeding significantly increased flow during three rounds perfusions MSC compared treatment. However, this effect reversed there no significant difference between 1 year vs scores well one years treatments lower surgery. No recurrence observed 2 follow-up. Endometrial thickness During follow-up period, patient conceived naturally. One successfully implanted vitro fertilization embryo transfer. Intrauterine BM-MSCs, assisted adhesiolysis, effective preventing postoperative partially improved reproductive prognosis.
