Bu çalışma 6-18 yaş çocuk ve adölesanlarda besin güvencesizliğini ölçmeye yarayan Çocuk Besin Güvencesizliği Deneyimleri Ölçeği’ni Türkçe’ye uyarlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma, Mayıs-Haziran 2023 tarihleri arasında Sakarya İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı dokuz okulda gönüllü 657 487 veli ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeği’ne ek olarak, öğrencilerin sosyo-ekonomik statülerini de belirlemek için veliler, Sosyo-Ekonomik Statü İndeksi formunu doldurmuştur. Ölçeğin geçerlilik analizleri önce açımlayıcı faktör analizi, ardından doğrulayıcı analizi Yapısal güvenilirlik modelin iç tutarlılığını bileşik güvenilirliğini temsil eden Cronbach alfa değişkenlerin değerleri belirlenmiştir. güvencesizliği puanına ailenin gelir statü düzeyinin etkisini analiz etmek doğrusal regresyon Açımlayıcı analizinde tüm maddeler yeterli yükü yüklenmiştir hiçbir madde ölçekten çıkarılmadan analizler tamamlanmıştır. değerinin 0.830 olduğu saptanmıştır bu tutarlılığın iyi olduğunu göstermektedir. Bileşik (0.865) seviyede hesaplanmıştır. Doğrusal sonucunda düzeyi bir ilişki bulunmazken, negatif saptanmıştır. Sonuç ölçeğin Türkçe uyarlamasının geçerli güvenilir ölçme aracı bulunmuştur.

Kenyans have been highly affected by aflatoxicosis for a long time because of excessive exposure to high aflatoxin containing maize-based products. Maize has the staple food in Kenya which is more consumed than any other cereal product. Many countries with strict threshold application, consumers who still consume products, not gone through testing. The remote and lower income areas are untested maize, ending up exposing themselves Hepatocellular carcinoma health hazard. study was designed determine Kiandutu slum marginalized area Thika, Kiambu County, Kenya. Ninety seven households were used where number products obtained from each household sampled. Quantitative analysis levels use ELISA method. Questionnaires collect consumption data sampling maize- based done purposively. Aflatoxins found 30.93% maize flour at between 0 34.19 µg /kg, 29.33% composite 30.06 18.67% grain 20.92 /kg 6.97% Muthokoi 7.14 /kg. Across all sampled households, daily kilograms per body weight be highest flour, followed whole grains, muthokoi that order. Monte Carlo risk simulation generate quantitative data. Daily higher mean 0.0038 kg/kg bw/day. It also had 0.0301 µg/kg/bw/day. percentage level 68.65. Results showed frequency an important contributor dietary risk. Introduction Food and nutrition are the most vital needs of human society its provision lies in category food security. The concept security is very broad determined by interaction a range biological, economic, social, agricultural, physical factors. purpose this study to investigate social factors affecting among rural households. Methods This quantitative research conducted survey method. statistical population included 384 households Shiraz County that were selected stratified random sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS LISREL software. Results discussion indicated values combined reliability calculated for all three variables studied &gt;0.7, which implies tools have good validity. results structural capital health with confirmatory factor techniques equations showed variable affects directly has an indirect effect. Background: Although previous literature has assessed the association of household food insecurity with nutritional outcomes among children, findings are inconsistent across different study populations. Objectives: We aimed to evaluate children residing in Khalkhal city, Iran. Methods: The present cross-sectional was conducted on 300 Iranian aged 2 - 5 years who visited urban and rural health care centers between November 2021 March 2022. Subjects were included survey using multi-stage cluster sampling. Household security status United States Department Agriculture (USDA) 18-item questionnaire. Odds ratios (95% confidence interval) for stunting according score estimated multivariable logistic regression three models. Results: In study, 39% participants had security, while prevalence without hunger, moderate severe hunger 22.3%, 23%, 15.7%, respectively. all models, both categorized continuous scores correlated negatively weight (P < 0.001). Food did not predict risk subjects before after adjustment (Model 1: OR (CI) = 1.008 (0.96-1.05), P 0.72; Model 2: 1.01 (0.96 1.05), 0.65; 3: 0.98 (0.92-1.04), 0.53). La inseguridad alimentaria y nutricional (INSAN) es la disponibilidad limitada para acceder a alimentos. Para el año 2015 prevalencia de INSAN en los hogares del Distrito Medellín fue 53,6 %. Ante esta problemática Especial desarrolla estrategia Paquete Alimentario Familiar, cuyos beneficiarios se focalizan partir 10 variables sociodemográficas Escala Latinoamericana Caribeña Seguridad Alimentaria (ELCSA). El objetivo este trabajo determinar ponderación entre factores individuales hogar con nivel familias beneficiarias Familiar Medellín, 2022. ello, realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo, cohorte transversal, dato retrospectivo. Se tomaron 4 985 registros participantes correspondiente al 2022, fueron analizadas relación INSAN. análisis mediante estadística descriptiva, inferencial multivariada. Como resultado, las incluidas modelo multivariado explican 19,5 % presencia severa población (R2 Nagelkerke). Por peso porcentual cada variable observa que aquellas más contribuyen explicar evento interés fueron: edad, ocupación, educativo desplazamiento forzado jefe hogar, tener miembros discapacidad. De manera, concluye instrumento focalización poseen diferente severa. Esta información relevante actualizar criterios dentro proyecto fin utilizar recurso forma eficiente.
