Abstract Although the Republic of Moldova had good vaccination rates, anti-vax messages have recently begun to spread, eroding population’s confidence. Vaccination coverage against measles, mumps, and rubella at target age 12 months decreased from 95% in 2008 83% 2021. The recent measles outbreak Romania three confirmed cases Moldova, combined with refugee crisis, highlighted importance sparked online conversations on this subject. A mixed-methods study was conducted, involving social listening activities immunization using Talkwalker software qualitative analysis identified narratives. Out 450 comments, 30 were selected for further analysis. Over 5 months, a total 865 results obtained, an engagement rate 6300. peak occurred between 11 18 December, driven by Romania, which saw several one death, as well first after 3 years. However, no significant increase recorded. Nanodrugs play a crucial role in biomedical applications by enhancing drug delivery. To address safety and toxicity concerns associated with nanoparticles, lipid-nanocarrier-based delivery systems have emerged as promising approach for developing next-generation smart nanomedicines. Ginseng has traditionally been used various therapeutic purposes, including antiviral activity. This study aimed to prepare biocompatible therapeutically potent Korean ginseng nanoemulsion (KGS-NE) using seed oil (GSO), optimize its encapsulation efficiency, evaluate Various techniques were utilized confirm the KGS-NE formation. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy identified gold nanoparticles highest Au peak at 2.1 keV. Selected area diffraction patterns revealed crystallographic structures. FT-IR spectrometry detected functional groups, peaks 2922.09 cm−1 (alkene C–H stretching), 1740.24 (aldehyde C=O 1098.07 (C–O stretching secondary alcohol). Storage stability studies showed that maintained size 6 months 4 °C. The exhibited dose-dependent suppression of HCoV-OC43 viral replication Vero E6 cells. RNA sequencing analysis unveiled differentially expressed genes (DEGs) specifically involved ABC transporters signaling pathway. oral administration facilitated recovery mice induced receptor binding domain (RBD) severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) spike protein, confirmed inflammatory markers expression lung tissue. In Syrian hamster infected SARS-CoV-2 model, lungs dissected enlarged morphology cytokines. effect was mitigated administration, observed through H&E qRT-PCR analysis. Biochemical concentrations demonstrated had no adverse effects on kidney liver. Our findings strongly suggest administering models potential effectively mitigate inflammation against coronavirus. indicates new strategy nano-agent SARS-CoV-2.

Abstract Issue Addressed During the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) pandemic, infodemic has been highly visible. Vaccine‐related advice and evidence‐based guidelines for breastfeeding women have lagged, and, at times contradictory confusing. Breastfeeding is an important public health issue with long‐lasting benefits infants mothers. This online social listening study aimed to understand breastfeeding‐related narratives on media during early stages of Australian COVID‐19 vaccine roll‐out. Methods Public content about vaccines from Facebook pages Australian‐based administrators were accessed via CrowdTangle platform. All related posted between 1 December 2020–31 2021 was included. Content ( n = 29 567) coded adapted narrative typology, emergent themes inductively identified. Results Most posts promoting, sharing or discussing reliable information. However, comments responding these varied more widely. Several consistent questions, concerns, information voids evident, misinformation conflicting contributed confusion challenges decision‐making. Conclusions These findings highlight complexities associated Pregnant continue be a priority group vaccination, yet there gaps in data, evidence Incorporating management into work important. So What? Information voids, when identified early, can help inform messaging. Increasing training skills promotion workforce build future capacity give insight optimising communication addressing misinformation.

Abstract Introduction: The impact of excessive screen time and social media use on mental health, particularly among adolescents young adults, has raised concerns. Objective: objective this study is to assess the health effects (13–19 years) adults (20–25 in India. Methods: This cross-sectional online survey recruited 1392 participants (672 720 adults) from Validated scales assessed outcomes, time, use, mediating factors, coping strategies. Descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, regression models, thematic analysis were employed. Results: prevalence depression symptom was 37.9%, anxiety 33.3%, high stress 43.7%, low self-esteem 25.3%, respectively. Significant positive correlations found between symptoms ( r = 0.32, 0.25), 0.28, 0.22), 0.36, 0.29), while negative existed with −0.25, −0.18). Poor sleep quality cyberbullying exacerbated issues, physical activity support had protective effects. Common strategies included activity, hobbies, support, digital detox, mindfulness. Conclusions: provides compelling evidence linking adverse outcomes such as symptoms, stress, Indian adults. Key factors poor exacerbating reduced protective. While recognizing technology’s benefits, highlights promoting balanced habits, addressing underlying equipping youth skills foster a healthier relationship technology safeguard well-being.
