This article aims to analyse the impact of digital technology (DT), entrepreneurial leadership (EL), social media (SM) and artificial intelligence (AI) on business performance (BP). study also analyses mediating talent management (TM), strategic resilience (SR) orientation (EO) moderating innovation (INO) for TM BP. We used SMART partial least square method (SMART PLS-SEM) software valid data. Data were collected by survey through a random sampling procedure from 410 related handicraft artisans. The study’s findings prove EL, DT that SM significantly impacts BP, but AI has an insignificant effect explores artisans’ formal EL style, role AI, DT, remained unexplored. research shows craft owners managers must allocate more resources management. most effective methods in arts crafts sector can be implemented with excellent is unique because dynamic capability theory resource-based view supporting variables will extended.

Entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and environmental sustainability (ES) has recently become the subject of extensive research. The objective this paper is to comprehensively analyze EO ES by conducting a bibliometric network systematic review analysis over ten years publications. A total 390 articles were identified using Scopus Mendeley search engines. One hundred-eighteen published in 53 journals between 2012 2021 for analysis. Association was conducted author, co-author, keyword, as well keyword title abstract fields, field, field words with highest frequency relevance score under binary counting approach. Performance, entrepreneurial orientation, relationship, entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, business keywords most dominant occurrences abstracts. Key topics included models orientation; potentially more comprehensive understanding work. This holds substantial theoretical significance advancing agenda ecological sustainability. findings study will help academics researchers identify future research directions areas.

Water availability is an important aspect of life. With the increasing number humans with same water cycle, it possible that scarcity will occur, including in Bandung City, especially Jatisari Village, Buahbatu District.
