The growing urgency of climate change underscores the need for enhanced green management practices across organizations, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), backbone economic development. Green inclusive leadership (GIL) is defined as a approach that emphasizes inclusivity, openness, support employees’ ideas contributions, fostering alignment with organizational environmental objectives. This study examines influence GIL on knowledge sharing (GKS), identity (GOI), innovation (GI) within diverse Chinese industries, including manufacturing, services, media, IT. Using data from 625 valid survey responses collected 700 predominantly young, educated employees, this research demonstrates has direct positive impact GKS, GOI, GI. findings further reveal GKS GOI significantly contribute to GI, highlighting their roles critical drivers innovation. Additionally, partially mediate relationship between providing insights into how promotes sustainable importance collaborative in green-oriented climate, supporting adopting business models essential competitive resilient economy.
