N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) modification has been shown to play important role in skeletal muscle development. Wenchang chickens are commonly used as a high-quality animal model researching meat quality. However, there have no previous reports regarding the profile of m6A and its function embryonic breast development chickens. In this paper, we identified different developmental stages performed sequencing miRNA embryos. Embryo muscles were weighed stained with hematoxylin-eosin after hatching. The relentless drive to meet global demand for poultry products has pushed rapid intensification in chicken farming, dramatically boosting efficiency and yield. Yet, these gains have exposed a host of complex welfare challenges that prompted scientific scrutiny ethical reflection. In this review, I critically evaluate recent innovations aimed at mitigating such concerns by drawing on advances behavioral science digital monitoring insights into biological adaptations. Specifically, focus four interconnected themes: First, spotlight the complexity avian sensory perception—encompassing vision, auditory capabilities, olfaction, tactile faculties—to underscore how lighting design, housing configurations, enrichment strategies can better align with birds’ unique worlds. Second, explore novel tools gauging emotional states cognition, ranging from cognitive bias tests developing protocols identifying pain or distress based facial cues. Third, examine transformative potential computer bioacoustics, sensor-based technologies continuous, automated tracking behavior physiological indicators commercial flocks. Fourth, assess data-driven management platforms, underpinned precision livestock deploy real-time optimize broad scale. Recognizing climate change evolving production environments intensify challenges, also investigate breeds resilient extreme conditions might open new avenues welfare-centered genetic approaches. Light management plays an important role in the growth and behavior of broiler chickens. Constant light early post hatch stage has been a common practice industry for improving performance, while whether how constant life affects chickens is rarely reported. In this study, newly hatched chicks were kept either (24 L:0 D, LL) or (12 L:12 LD) photoperiod 7 d then maintained 12 D thereafter until 21 days age. increased average daily feed intake but not body weight, which led to higher conversion ratio. Chickens LL group exhibited fear-related behaviors, was associated with corticosterone, lower melatonin 5-HT levels. Concurrently, exposure mRNA expression clock-related genes suppressed antioxidative hippocampus. Moreover, brain derived neurotrophic factor/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (BDNF/ERK) pathway hippocampus exposed first week hatching. These findings indicate that suppress secretion disrupts hippocampal involved circadian clock BDNF/ERK pathway, thereby contributing behaviors chicken.

Measurement of blood corticosterone concentrations has been established as an indicator for assessment acute distress. Therefore, knowledge on physiological fluctuations is required, but previous studies allow little conclusion daily in domestic chickens (Gallus gallus domesticus). To verify the presence a circadian rhythm socialized chickens, samples were taken at four-hour intervals from 12 laying hens kept groups four over three days, each.
