Abstract Introduction The experiences of UK Government response-focused employees, who were considered frontline workers during the coronavirus response, are missing from current literature. Meeting demands being on frontline, whilst also adjusting a normal and practiced way working to having work within one’s home, may bring plethora new barriers facilitators associated with providing an effective pandemic response. Method This interview study collected analysed data 30 Civil servants worked COVID-19 response their own homes. Interviews aimed to: (1) explore employee’s home contributing response; and, (2) establish what support guidance employees offered, they would recommend for future public health emergencies requiring homeworking. Abstract Background Health-oriented leadership (HoL) has a positive impact on health- and work-related outcomes of employees in face-to-face settings. This paper analyses the relationship between working from home (WFH) and mental well-being at different stages during first two critical years of COVID-19 pandemic, when governments repeatedly imposed lockdowns enacted WFH mandates to contain spread virus.
