This study aims to investigate the cognitive mechanisms of rural residents amidst renewal suburban historical and cultural villages by examining interplay between nostalgia, collective memory, subjective well-being, place identity in tourism destinations. Subjective Well-Being (SWB) is especially vital for young professional athletes as they attempt to maintain and improve their performance during adolescence beyond. Abstract Background Gratitude interventions have shown various psychological benefits, including enhanced motivation in academic settings. However, their impact on work engagement - a key factor employee well-being and organizational performance remains underexplored. This study examined whether 12-day online gratitude journaling intervention enhances increases awareness of job resources, based the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model. The purpose of this study was to establish self-esteem as the predictor psychological well-being senior secondary school adolescents in Anambra State, Nigeria, with reference gender distinctions. type research used correlational design. state chosen because relatively high level adolescent maladaptive behaviors, comprises 21 local government areas and 6 educational zones, 262 number public schools.
