The present paper focuses on socio-demographics, clinical variables, and the distance from infection in predicting long-term psycho-social consequences of COVID-19. Patients were screened with a cross-sectional design at Psychological Service University Hospital Verona (Italy) 3, 6, 12, 18 months after their SARS-CoV-2 infection. assessment was part Horizon 2020-funded ORCHESTRA Project included Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS), Short Form Health Survey 36 (SF-36), Impact Event Scale-Revised (IES-R), ad-hoc questions measuring pre-post COVID-19 changes dimensions (sleep quality, nutrition, level autonomy, work, social relationships, emotional wellbeing). Background The COVID-19 pandemic has amplified mental health challenges among adolescents, particularly in rural areas with limited access to services. In response, the Saudi government launched campaigns and mandated schools implement programs. However, effectiveness of these programs remains largely unreported. Adolescents are especially vulnerable to experiencing depression and anxiety. This longitudinal study, from within- between-person perspectives, explores how self-esteem relates depressive anxiety symptoms in Chinese adolescents identifies the mediating factors impacting this relationship. The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted anorexia nervosa (AN), increasing pressure on healthcare services and causing specific psychopathological changes. However, the characterization of changes in presentation patterns across remains unclear. This study aimed to address this gap by comparing symptom networks patients with pre- post-pandemic AN onset. Data from 189 diagnosed 2016 2022 were analyzed. Patients divided into pre-COVID (n = 101) post-COVID 88) onset groups. This study aims to propose a mediation model examine the association between coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19)-related post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) social media addiction (SMA) among university students, mediating role of fear missing out (FoMO).Methods A cross-sectional 856 students (mean age 19.2 years; 67.9% female) was conducted in China. The COVID-19-related PTSD scale, FoMO Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale were used, addition an online questionnaire addressing participants’ sociodemographic information. This cross-sectional study conducted in Poland explored the relationship between fear of negative appearance evaluations, eating disorders, and physical activity objectives, particularly during COVID-19 pandemic. The Fear Negative Appearance Evaluation Scale (FNAES), Eating Attitude Test (EAT-26), Physical Activity Goals Inventory (IPAO) were administered to 644 participants (455 males with a mean age 35.2 ± 6.2 years 189 females 30.18 5.7 years). effects gender, age, body mass index (BMI) on FNAES, EAT-26, IPAO scores. results this demonstrated that scored higher appearance, peaking at 41–50 age.
