Background
Anxiety
symptoms
are
common
among
university
students
in
China,
posing
challenges
to
mental
health.
Physical
activity
may
reduce
anxiety,
but

mechanisms

fully
understood.
This
study
examines
how
smartphone
addiction
acts
as
a
mediator
and
sleep
quality
moderator
relationship
between
physical

Introduction
the
role

stress
in

bedtime
procrastination
is
a
new
research
topic
that
has
emerged
recent
years.
This
study
aimed
to
explore
psychological
mechanism
by
which
perceived
affects
Chinese
college
students
life
history
framework.
Methods
first,
we
investigated
whether
strategy
mediate
their
relationships.
Then,
examined
distress
tolerance
moderated
direct
effects
on
and/or
indirect

mediated
strategy.
The
data

analyzed.
Results

showed
that:
