Global concern over bullying has sparked extensive research into both traditional and cyberbullying. This study aims to deepen understanding of their link explore underlying mechanisms. Background The relationship between mobile phone addiction and negative affect among adolescents is characterized by intricate interconnections. These factors have an impact on the emotional psychological well-being of young people. While previous studies provided preliminary insights into this relationship, further in-depth exploration research required to fully understand complex mechanisms behind these relationships identify any group differences. The present study aimed to examine the cognitive flexibility and sports anxiety levels of students in a high school Turkey according branch which they were trained. sample comprised 240 athletes (male n=138; female n=102) from Osmaniye province, Turkey. Each athlete’s examined using Cognitive Flexibility Scale (CFS) Sports Anxiety (SAS-2), respectively. Descriptive statistics, nonparametric hypothesis tests (Mann-Whitney U Kruskal-Wallis H tests), correlation analysis (Spearman’s Rank Difference Correlation Coefficient) used for data analyses. One finding was that there no positive or negative association between student athletes’ skills levels. Objective This study aimed to explore the relationships between various exercise components (frequency, intensity, duration) and social anxiety.Methods A sample of 844 college students in China participated this study. The Physical Activity Rating Scale-3 assessed participants’ daily physical activity. Social anxiety levels were measured using Liebowitz Anxiety Scale. questionnaire was developed collect demographic information examine levels.Results One-way analysis variance revealed significant differences across varying activity intensities. Smartphone addiction (SA) refers to a behavioral disorder characterized by an irresistible compulsion excessively engage with mobile devices. Currently, the evidence regarding relationship between physical activity (PA), exercise intensity (EI), and SA is limited, particularly within Chinese populations. This study aims explore correlation PA, EI, SA, specifically investigating how PA EI impact better understand nature of this relationship. The study aims to investigate whether physical exercise is associated with psychological resilience, thereby significantly affecting adolescent social anxiety, and analyze the longitudinal cross-temporal stability between these three interrelated factors. methodology involved a survey utilizing International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Social Anxiety (SAS) across various regions in China, including Sichuan, Guangdong, Shanxi Province, Beijing.
