Purpose This study aims to examine the inner relationship between children’s physical exercise, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and resilience, explore effective ways promote improvement of resilience. Methods Using measurement tools such as Physical Activity Rating Scale (PARS-3), General Self-Efficacy (GSES), Chinese version Emotional Intelligence (EIS), Adolescents Resilience Scale, we conducted a questionnaire survey was among 700 primary school students in 4 schools. The SPSS 22.0 software used process analyze data, including correlation analysis, regression Bootstrap AMOS 21.0 establish structural equation model. Results (1) exercise has significant positive with self-efficacy ( r = 0.29, p < 0.001), intelligence 0.32, resilience 0.37, there is also 0.30, 0.001). (2) can directly positively predict (β1 0.38) its five sub-dimensions, that is, goal concentration β 0.35, control cognition 0.20, 0.01), family support 0.33, interpersonal assistance 0.31, respectively. (3) Self-efficacy (SE 0.10) 0.08) have partial mediating effects, respectively, on chain mediation effect reaches level 0.02).
