ABSTRACT Background Existential fulfilment (EF), professional quality of life (ProQol) and self‐efficacy (SE) have important roles in meaning life, mental health status enhancing decision‐making among healthcare professionals (HCPs) settings. Aims This study examined the relationships between EF, ProQol SE counsellors, physicians nurses. Furthermore, it investigated their differences based on selected variables predictors different demographic factors. Materials Methods A cross‐sectional correlational design was conducted with 481 participants (counsellors = 147, 162 nurses 172). used a convenience sample method to recruit from October December 2023. Results found that counsellors had highest levels compassion satisfaction (CS) SE, lower burnout (BO) secondary traumatic stress (STS) compared physicians. Physicians BO levels, while STS levels. all EF dimensions, followed by There were statistically significant ( p < 0.05) HCPs dimensions. Educational level, age gender be main dimensions SE. Conclusion Urgent psychological interventions are warranted tackle problem nurses, should further studies understand reasons behind these findings.
