Artificial intelligence (AI) drives new modes of learning and improves the workflow instructors. Nevertheless, there are concerns about academic integrity, plagiarism, reduction critical thinking in higher education. Therefore, it is important to record analyze university social sciences students’ attitudes toward AI, which a significant predictor later use AI technologies. A sample 190 students (82.45% female) from Greek department was selected. This study examines the impact of interval training combined with weighted resistance on speed enhancement in university students. Thirty students varied academic backgrounds took part study, , at first and second semester level.. The intervention's was assessed using quantitative (paired-sample t-test) qualitative (theme analysis) methods. Results show a notable increase after intervention (p < 0.001). Qualitative analysis identifies three primary themes: heightened self-confidence (70% participants), improved endurance (80% initial adaptation difficulties (20% participants). results indicate that improves speed, boosts psychological resilience, helps acquire adaptive skills.
