Vaccines have been instrumental in preventing up to three million deaths globally, according the WHO. Despite this, COVID-19 vaccine uptake has faced challenges due issues, production difficulties, and various socio-demographic, economic, structural, cultural factors. This study examined factors influencing hesitancy among adults aged 18 older Volta Region of Ghana. A population-based cross-sectional was conducted 590 from districts using multistage sampling. Respondents years above were recruited a structured questionnaire an interviewer-administered approach. Data analysis STATA version 16. The relationship between dependent independent variables assessed through logistic regression analysis, with statistical significance determined at p-value less than 0.05. 42.5% rate found. Key predictors included being artisan (aOR = 1.99), trader 3.64), lacking nearby healthcare centres 1.52), residing rural areas 0.41), earning 500 cedis 0.57), having larger household size 0.37). Not receiving information on side effects health personnel 5.6) also significant factor (p < 0.05). To enhance advance towards ensuring healthy lives promoting well-being for all ages (SDG 3), interventions designed by professionals should address these major predictors.
