ABSTRACT As developing economies embrace digital transformation to bridge educational gaps, the intersection of business strategy and development offers significant opportunities. This study explores how private sector engagement in e‐learning can drive growth achieve outcomes Bangladesh's higher education sector. Through mixed‐methods analysis 780 stakeholders across institutions, we examine technology strategies create shared value while addressing accessibility challenges markets. Our findings show that well‐structured implementations simultaneously commercial viability impact. Six critical success factors were identified: administrative infrastructure, technological architecture, content development, instructor capabilities, learner characteristics, social support. Infrastructure partnerships with balanced public–private investment sharing achieved 75% rates, collaborations enhanced learning by 35%. The highlights three mechanisms supporting Sustainable Development Goals: innovative models balancing impact, leveraging corporate expertise, inclusive stakeholder frameworks. Theoretically, extend theory demonstrating complementary creation be optimized multiple groups implementations. We contribute model innovation frameworks identifying specific through which sustainable is created, delivered, captured market contexts. These insights are valuable for businesses entering emerging markets policymakers creating enabling environments initiatives.

This chapter describes the results of an open-ended survey conducted among faculty members from a federal university's college who participated in GenAI integration workshop Spring 2024. The study employed qualitative approach to explore 70 members' perceptions on usage teaching, benefits, and potential challenges anticipated deployment these tools. Findings indicate that ChatGPT was most widely used tool members. Key applications tools included developing lessons providing feedback. However, concerns were raised about plagiarism academic integrity, over-reliance tools, lack institutional policies, training, biases content. advocates for careful but proactive integrating education, with goal maximizing its while preserving rigor ethical standards. Ultimately, aim is create educational environment where technology enhances human teaching learning, leading future responsible enriched education.
