Background/Objectives: Pediatric cancer patients and their families are increasingly combining conventional treatment with complementary therapies. Background/Objectives: Symptoms from cancer and treatments often cause pediatric patients their families to seek complementary integrative medicine (IM) for relief. The aim of this study was better describe the characteristics at a tertiary center who utilize an IM consultative service in outpatient setting associated discussions with pediatric-focused physician. Methods: A retrospective conducted on initial visits aged less than 19 years old time visit January 2019 through April 2022 center. The complementary role of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in cancer management has been widely acknowledged. However, its implementation continues to face numerous challenges. Identifying and elucidating the factors that influence integration TCM into therapy is essential. Developing effective strategies crucial transitioning from theoretical evidence practical application. Purpose: Children with cancer suffer from physical and psychological symptoms. Integrative medicine modalities (IMMs) for symptom management are increasingly popular, but whether these acceptable to pediatric hematology-oncology (PHO) providers remains unknown. To address this knowledge gap guide integrative (IM) program development, a needs assessment was conducted understand PHO provider knowledge, attitudes, beliefs regarding IMMs in children hematologic or oncologic disorders. Methods: A detailed survey instrument crafted using primary literature expert opinion, iteratively reviewed validity, piloted tested by health care (HCPs). The distributed electronically patient-facing staff stratified clinical role. Survey response data physicians advanced practice (APPs) underwent descriptive analysis SAS v.9.4 (Cary, NC). Results: total of 78 APPs completed (response rate 29.5%). Introdução: O câncer é um problema de saúde pública global. Desde 2010 houve aumento 26,3% seus casos e, as mortes relacionadas aumentaram 20,9%. Yoga cada vez mais comum e tem se provado benéfico à pacientes com câncer. Objetivo: Esta uma revisão literatura que busca avaliar a influência do em câncer, principalmente no tange ao estresse. Metodologia: Foi utilizada base dados Pubmed os termos “Yoga”, “estresse” “câncer” ou “neoplasia” inglês. Incluíram-se revisões literárias sistemáticas publicadas nos últimos 10 anos. Foram selecionados estudos disponíveis modo gratuito relacionassem o totalizando 18 artigos. Resultados: Dez eram sistemáticas, 7 1 junção protocolos. Seis artigos demonstraram resultados positivos relacionar manejo estresse 1, não melhora. Além disso, outros 6 avaliou-se melhora marcadores imunológicos Cinco da ansiedade, 4 angústia depressão.
