This study focused on health-oriented leadership (HoL), attempting to determine whether this new type of affects extra-role service behavior either directly or indirectly (through work engagement). Data were collected from public employees working in the sector a province Turkey through convenience sampling method. The hypotheses tested with structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. analysis findings have revealed that perception positively behavior. The study aims to estimate the possibilities of sustainable development, ensuring and achieving development goals (SDGs) in light challenges caused by pandemic’s “new normal”. In this regard, employs bibliometric empirical approaches. Based on analysis results, it is found that main focus studies during pandemic economic issues (particularly, innovations strategic decision-making) while also addressing humanitarian problems such as health well-being. To find practical period, we used case Ukraine with appropriate at two levels. Therefore, estimated achievements SDGs compared planned indicators for 2020 (as last report data available study). The rapid development of digital technologies and their active implementation in all spheres the economy, on one hand, contribute to increased control over activities economic entities, other create new challenges associated with dynamic cybercrime. purpose article is analyze global trends cybercrime 2016-2023 (by calculating national levels cybercrime) model mechanisms combating it order form a global, open safe cyberspace, protect population from cyber threats fraud, increase effectiveness financial monitoring procedures transactions cyberspace. presents dominant directions, evolutionary, temporal spatial patterns crime clustering countries, identification leaders outsiders field (through visualization density maps based construction self-organized Kohonen maps). results calculations confirm significant level world since 2016 (in particular, due COVID-19 pandemic transformation). A comparative analysis indicator across countries made possible distinguish those highest rates (Slovenia, Iceland, Moldova, Georgia) significantly higher security (Greece, Belgium, France, Germany).

Digital financial technologies create a basis for forming new concepts studying the prerequisites emergence of shadow economy, search mechanisms to counteract illicit flows, and ensuring stability in country.
