This study focused on health-oriented leadership (HoL), attempting to determine whether this new type of affects extra-role service behavior either directly or indirectly (through work engagement). Data were collected from public employees working in the sector a province Turkey through convenience sampling method. The hypotheses tested with structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. analysis findings have revealed that perception positively behavior. Moreover, effect was present not only directly, but also confirmed is important increasing employees' engagement and behaviors. Therefore, it determined brings positive outcomes sector.

The complexity of the technologized socioeconomic reality poses a number challenges for today's managers. Many times their actions are test leadership.
