Obesity is increasingly becoming a significant public health issue worldwide, particularly among older adults. In Indonesia, the rise of obesity women alarming, contributing substantially to burden chronic illnesses. The primary risk factors for include sedentary lifestyle, and lower muscle mass, which can increase body fat, weight gain, other associated problems. This study investigated related mass index (BMI) women. A cross-sectional design was employed analyze prevalence obesity, physical activity levels, percentage visceral appendicular skeletal (ASMI), blood pressure (BP). total 154 aged 60 69 were selected as respondents from three sub-districts using proportional random sampling. Data collected through examinations interviews utilizing questionnaire. results showed 42.20%, with low levels (72.70%), 42.90% have high %BF, while 37.00% exhibit preserved ASMI (55.20%), 94.80% showing elevated SBP 83.80% DBP. According Chi-square test, (OR = 2.05, 95%CI 1.00-4.22), %BF 17.66, 5.75-54.25), VF 75.29, 21.24-266.85), 0.05, 0.02 – 0.12), 4.96, 0.96 25.45) significantly obesity.
