This research examines the relationship between teacher competence and quality of students in secondary schools. Teacher competency, which includes pedagogical knowledge, teaching skills, professional attitudes, is considered a key factor determining education. uses qualitative descriptive method with correlational approach, data was collected through literature study. The results analysis show that has significant influence on various aspects, including academic achievement, social emotional well-being moral development. Strong teachers correlated increased student while personality plays an important role developing students' skills morality. These findings support previous emphasizes importance suggests development programs should focus more strengthening all aspects competency to improve education holistically. implications this are highly relevant for policy makers educational practitioners designing effective interventions outcomes.

Education is the main foundation for sustainable community development and increasing nation's competitiveness in era of globalization.
