ABSTRACT In this study, two hundred sixty-two (262) respondents from a very large school in the Division of Antipolo City assessed improvement plan and performance using survey questionnaire, fifteen (15) verified their answers through interviews. The study utilized descriptive-quantitative method. purposive sampling technique was used. Three (3) experts field principals validated researcher-made instrument. It tested for reliability applied ethical consideration. following conclusions were drawn: principal are mostly female, have doctorate degree, 16 years age or older service, hold position Principal IV, all them project leaders. While teacher having master’s being holding I, terms designations most team member,but according to them, it doesn't matter position; teachers can lead projects depending on willingness ability. assessments plan, quality projects, stakeholders’ support, teachers’ performance, learners’ allocation budget good. is shown, enrollment rate highly depends while low. And dropout strongly weakly teachers' performance. Lastly, graduation rate: greatest factor results least budget. assessment based demographic profile not significant. sex significant, educational attainment significant except length position, designation at school, both profiles overall found impact as by groups respondents. Recommendations discussed, strategic presented.

Factors affecting student dropout behavior have been investigated overtime. A lot of factors came out to be this prevalent concern in schools. However, study, a systematic review peer-reviewed, empirical literature and studies published between 2015- 2023 was conducted identify the common interventions implemented minimize rates. This specifically tackles two key issues: First, what are behavior? Second, initiatives or reducing dropouts? total 12 were included which passed PRISMA diagram guidelines, Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) checklist, organized using matrix. Results showed that family, school, school/teacher, lack guidance counseling, social, individual, socioeconomic influencing behavior. Additionally, it remedial programs addressing interest, support resources, improving school's program, offering mechanisms for counteract impact poverty, transportation counseling services, increased funding disadvantaged students, raising awareness consequences pre-marital sex, enforcing school policies, integrating sex education, guaranteeing adequate resource availability address these factors. The findings emphasized importance tailored contextualized specific Further research is needed tailor-fit each factor structure more efficient effective program issues related dropouts.

Background: Perfectionism is a growing concern among university students, who face high expectations, demanding workloads, and complex academic tasks. These pressures often lead to stress, negatively impacting performance, well-being, career trajectories. Existing measures of perfectionism related stress lack focus on their causes relevance students. Methods: This study developed psychometrically tested an inventory assessing the (ROOTS), manifestations (MPS-R), (IPSS-R) perfectionism. A multicenter cross-sectional online survey was conducted across multiple Italian universities with 469 The ROOTS tool developed, MPS IPSS were adapted following established guidelines. Content validity examined, pilot testing performed. Confirmatory factor analyses three-factor models second-order for each instrument. Construct reliability also assessed. Results: ROOTS, MPS-R, IPSS-R demonstrated strong structural construct validity, acceptable reliability. Significant correlations highlighted interconnectedness perfectionism’s causes, manifestations, stress. Conclusions: Inventory offers comprehensive identifying consequences in It can help educators policymakers develop strategies mitigate its impact mental health success. The study investigates the risk factors that contribute to low examination registration among secondary school learners in Zimbabwe's rural areas. Data was collected from 525 who had failed register for their ordinary and advanced level examinations 2019 2023. Regression modeling used assess impact of four major categories independent variables included family characteristics, learner access-based factors, school-level factors. Using regression analysis, findings revealed failure mostly influenced by with an estimated variation around 35.4%, followed learners' characteristics a 24.7%, school-based 16.0%, access at 13.3%. Analysis sub-factors rate areas explained associated affordability were exacerbated vulnerability learner's characteristics. recommended holistic approach improving harmonization current social protection schemes, community empowerment, specific educational needs assessments interventions.
