Factors Affecting Student Drop Out Behavior: A Systematic Review

Factors

behavior

A

of
factors
came
out
to
be
this
prevalent
concern
in
schools.
However,

review

literature

studies

between
2015-
2023
was
conducted

Background:
Perfectionism
is
a
growing
concern
among
university
students,
who
face
high
expectations,
demanding
workloads,
and
complex
academic
tasks.

pressures
often
lead
to
stress,
negatively
impacting
performance,
well-being,
career
trajectories.
Existing
measures
of
perfectionism
related
stress
lack
focus
on
their
causes

Methods:
This
study

psychometrically
tested
an
inventory
assessing
the
(ROOTS),
manifestations
(MPS-R),
(IPSS-R)
perfectionism.

multicenter
cross-sectional
online
survey
was
conducted
across
multiple

universities
