Abstract To comprehensively evaluate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical care on perioperative wound infections and complications in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery. A comprehensive computerised search for randomised controlled trials (RCTs) rehabilitative applied to surgery was conducted using Web Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Wanfang China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases from inception September 2023. The literature screened evaluated by two investigators, data were extracted final included literature. Stata software (version 17.0) used analysis. Overall, 21 RCTs involving 2187 included, including 1093 cases group 1094 conventional group. analyses revealed that with who implemented significantly less likely develop postoperative (odds ratio [OR] = 0.29, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.17–0.49, p < 0.001) (OR 0.26, CI: 0.20–0.34, shortened hospital length stay (standardised mean differences [SMD] −1.93, −2.32 −1.53, compared care. intervention period is remarkable, as it can effectively reduce incidence infection complications, shorten hospitalisation time promote patient recovery.

To evaluate the effectiveness of refined nursing intervention versus routine care in improving respiratory function and facilitating their recovery lung cancer patients after thoracic surgery. Total 75 primary (average age: 55.3 ± 10.8 years) who underwent surgery at Tangshan People’s Hospital from February 2024 to July were included study. According different postoperative intervention, randomized into control group (CG) observational (OG) for evaluating effects on pain relief, function. Tidal volume, vital capacity, forced expiratory volume 1 second, peak flow, maximal voluntary ventilation used pulmonary The Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey Nursing Intensive-Care Satisfaction Scale administered minimum 30 days interventions assess quality life satisfaction with respectively. Bivariate correlation analysis chi-square test ( χ 2 ) analyze significant changes by using SPSS (version 27.0). About 61% (n = 46) female. Routine was conducted both CG OG patients, while simultaneously received care. After a period rate heart significantly higher than (92.31% vs 72.22%, P .022) lower incidence complications (12.82% 30.56%, .049).
