We have designed a simple, lightweight vehicle concept—a Lunar Rickshaw (LR)—engineered to rapidly and safely transport an incapacitated astronaut from remote location the Module (LM). In addition its primary function for emergency evacuation, can also serve as mobile platform carrying essential tools during extravehicular activities (EVAs). Key features include rapid fold/unfold mechanism quick deployment stowage, design that ensures ease of handling even in bulky spacesuits, robust encapsulation prevent lunar dust affecting moving parts. Additionally, incorporates redundant fixing components so if one fails, another seamlessly assumes load, ensuring continuous, reliable operation harsh environment. Another key aspect is widened wheel track, which enhances safety, balance, stability operation. pulling shaft initially stored folded position compact stowage. When deployed, it unfolded securely locked frame using Lock-and-Walk Mechanism (LWM), structural rigidity, integrity, efficient load distribution.

Abstract Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) requires the aircraft skin to integrate large areas of highly sensitive sensor arrays on its surface. However, fabricating large-area and flexible networks that are both lightweight user-friendlyremains a significant challenge. While miniaturized sensing array ultrathin integrated, their application in structural health monitoring has not been fully developed. In this study, we propose an SHM technology based integrated machine learning. The core principle is combine piezoelectric with Multiple Signal Classification (MUSIC) algorithm assisted byback propagation neural (BPNN). MUSIC generates feature matrix enables estimation spatial locations impacts. Experimental results show effective design ensures excellent conformity complex surfaces without disrupting surrounding flow field. integration significantly improves accuracy impact localization robustness BPNN, making it resilient variations structure shape, material, thickness, or presence apertures.
