Abstract The Jones matrix is a powerful quantitative tool for polarimetric imaging and characterization, where the elements represent intrinsic optical properties of anisotropic objects on interaction with polarized light. Most state‐of‐the‐art single‐shot Jones‐matrix techniques rely interferometric methods, which makes design complex use large number polarization optics produces space‐bandwidth limitations. simultaneous extraction compact system still technical challenge in view its potential applications biomedical real‐time characterization scenarios. A portable incoherent digital holography system without a polarization filter or refractive lens was developed. Phase-shifted self-interference holograms of light diffracted from an object were generated attenuation due to using two polarization-sensitive phase-only spatial modulators (TPP-SLMs). The number optical elements in filter-free lens-free reduced make the compact and portable. Experiments conducted developed set on tripod stand objects illuminated by light-emitting diode.

Quantitative phase contrast microscopy (QPCM) can realize high-quality imaging of sub-organelles inside live cells without fluorescence labeling, yet it requires at least three phase-shifted intensity images. Herein, we combine a novel convolutional neural network with QPCM to quantitatively obtain the distribution sample by only using two Furthermore, upgraded setup phase-type spatial light modulator (SLM) record images in one shot, allowing for real-time quantitative moving samples or dynamic processes. Abstract I propose an incoherent digital holography (IDH) technique in which four-dimensional (4D, three-dimensional (3D) coordinates and polarization) information is simultaneously obtained using neither polarization filters nor lenses. A filter-free lens-free self-interference interferometer for 4D imaging designed developed. Four-dimensional (4D) multiplexed recorded phase-shifted holograms extracted by polarization-selective phase-shifting interferometry. The validity of the proposed experimentally demonstrated constructed IDH system a randomly polarized light-emitting diode.

I propose a phase-shifting self-reference digital holography technique in which both three-dimensional (3D) and polarization information is simultaneously obtained without any filters. A Fourier-transform lens, beam splitter, two phase-only spatial light modulators are used to generate holograms with orthogonal directions. 3D multiplexed the recorded phase-shifted retrieved by applying polarization-selective interferometry numerical refocusing. The validity of proposed experimentally demonstrated.
