The generalized Kerker effect (GKE) arising from the interference of high-order multipoles has attracted more interest due to its direct correlation with various functionalities in nanophotonics. realization GKE at oblique incidence is highly desired yet remains underexplored. Herein, we report experimental observation by leveraging quasi-bound states continuum (QBICs) supported a silicon metasurface. low-Q leaky mode resonance interacts one high-Q QBICs under incidence, leading formation hybrid magnetic quadrupole (MQ)–magnetic dipole (MD) mode. amplitude MQ–MD can be precisely controlled achieve an out-of-phase condition varying incident angle, resulting second condition. Our results reveal that associated rich multipole resonances provide new paradigm for tailoring GKE, suggesting important implications advanced metadevices.

Abstract Chiral metaphotonics are essential for many applications such as enantioselective sensing where high‐quality factor (Q) resonances and strong chiroptical activity demanded. Furthermore, spectral tuning using the same structure without compromising high‐Q chiral responses is highly desirable. This study presents a silicon‐based metasurface that maintains broadband across its full operational band, enabling through adjusting in‐plane wavevector while preserving high Q factors circular dichroism (CD) values. The metasurface, composed of silicon pillars on slab, demonstrates bands in both directions. confirmed by mode CD calculated from eigenfields transmittance far‐field spectra full‐wave simulations. angle‐dependent measured fabricated exhibit quality 1100, value 0.61, an angular range 12°, good agreement with numerical predictions. Additionally, enhanced third harmonic generation this nonlocal exhibits further improved nonlinear (0.95), which can also be spectrally tuned varying incident angle. These findings lay groundwork advanced metasurfaces operating over extensive ranges, significant implications requiring precise matching tunable responses.
