This systematic review aims assess effects mind- body-based on PSD their underlying neural mechanisms. The (PROSPERO registration number: CRD42024514565) searched CINAHL, Cochrane, PsycINFO, PubMed, Scopus up March 11, 2024, focusing English-language studies. Inclusion criteria encompassed randomized controlled trials patients with using validated assessment tools, targeting body-based, mind-based, or mind-body interventions, while excluding psychological counseling passive movements. Two authors conducted data extraction checks for accuracy, risk bias was assessed PEDro scale, which evaluates study design methodology, yielding maximum score 10 points.
