This study examined the association between resilience and psychological distress in healthcare workers, general population, patients during COVID-19 pandemic. We searched PubMed, Web of Science, PsycInfo, Science Direct, Nursing Allied Health databases. Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), an infectious caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, has affected numerous aspects of human functioning. Social contacts, work, education, travel, and sports have drastically changed during lockdown periods. The pandemic restrictions severely limited professional athletes’ ability to train participate in competitions. For many who rely on as their main source income, this represents a intense stress. The COVID-19 pandemic substantially impacted the mental health of general population and particularly vulnerable individuals groups. A wealth research allows for estimating this impact identifying relevant factors contributing to or mitigating it. current paper presents synthesizes evidence into a multiaxial model impacts. Based on existing research, we propose four axes: (1) Exposure COVID-related events; (2) Personal social vulnerability, such as previous problems belonging group; (3) Time, which accounts differential impacts throughout development pandemic; (4) Context, including healthcare public policies, representations illness influencing individual emotional reactions behaviors. Studies have suggested that social workers being indirectly exposed to their patients' COVID-19-related traumatic experiences may both negative (i.e. secondary stress symptoms; STS) and positive psychological consequences resilience vicarious post-traumatic growth (VPTG)). However, less is known about the coping strategies they use effectively respond challenges. The purpose of this study examine differential association with VPTG, resilience, STS. A cross-sectional survey was conducted in a sample 133 (86.7% women, mean age 38.1 ± 9.4 years). They completed Brief COPE, Secondary Traumatic Stress Scale (STSS), Resilience (BRS), Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) measure strategies, STS, respectively. Social demonstrated moderate levels resilience. The COVID-19 pandemic, which has affected a significant number of individuals worldwide, is generating serious mental health issues. Recovered patients have experienced traumatic events related to their symptoms, isolation, possible hospitalization, bereavement, fear infecting loved ones and the physical consequences COVID-19. One effective psychological treatment for these Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). aim this paper describe therapeutic intervention effects EMDR in pool survivors referred an integrated psychological/psychiatric outpatient service. Twelve patients, comprising nine males three females, underwent psychotherapy from October 2020 February 2022. The COVID-19 pandemic has determined an extraordinary challenge to healthcare systems worldwide. circumstances, characterized by elevated stress levels, prolonged working hours, new medical procedures, media attention, and high population expectations, have created extremely stressful situation for professionals. This period offered a unique opportunity examine the system responses of practitioners stress. research aimed identify work-related factors that significantly impact mental health professionals.Three variables were assessed: anxiety, depression considered professional degree, type unit (COVID or non-COVID), number hours spent at work in single shift, shifts, monthly on-call frequency, treated patients per month. In spring 2022, three inventories demographic survey distributed completed online 300 professionals from Timisoara's public hospitals Romania.Among respondents, 47.7% reported mild symptoms 65.3% moderate levels stress, 33% participants depression. intensity anxious, depressive, varied depending on on-calls month, where worked, SARS CoV-2 previous month.Current data underlines urgency implementing effective strategies reduce anxiety who with patients. Possible interventions encompass variety approaches, such as improving conditions, reducing possible, increasing access services, promoting team-building activities enhance social support among colleagues.
