Students’ anxiety and behavioural changes while using different examination methods (paper, PC, mobile exam platforms (MEPs)) were estimated. The influence of academic majors gender was also determined by answering the following questions: How do vary among students methods? students’ levels according to A survey conducted with 826 enrolled in eight colleges at King Faisal University Saudi Arabia. results revealed less fewer harmful MEPs compared other methods. for many years, E-learning was not an option in Arab universities. Students the pre-Internet era often had to study alone and take exams just once or twice each course. Abstract Background Despite the widely acknowledged uses of technology-enhanced learning in medical education, evaluation approach for these online environments specific to education are limited. Identifying environment key components may provide an opportunity address this gap. This study aimed develop and validate Digital Medical Education Environment (Digi-MEE) Instrument that measures education. Methods Questionnaire development validation studies were conducted involving 726 participants total. Components items generated identified through a scoping review modified e-Delphi study. A panel selected content experts carried out leading calculation validity index (CVI). group students performed face determination (FVI).This process was followed by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory analysis assessment reliability determine Digi-MEE’s factorial structure internal consistency. Results total 15 reviewed nine with 73 Digi-MEE appraise its validity. As result, 26 removed, 17 revised led 2.0 47 items. The S-CVI/Ave 0.98. Following response validation, number reduced 46, S-FVI/Ave 3.0 0.87. Exploratory yielded 46 within depicted 57.18% variance. After final version contained 28 components.
