The
digital
economy
plays
a
crucial
role
in
facilitating
the
flow
of
resources
between
urban
and
rural
areas
addressing
developmental
imbalances.

coordinated
development
(DE)
urban–rural
integration
(URI)
across
41
cities
Yangtze
River
Delta
(YRD)
from
2010
to
2022.

entropy-weighted
TOPSIS
method

coordination
degree

evaluated
spatial
distribution
levels.

Introduction
Forecasting
population
dynamics
is
crucial
for
effective
urban
and
regional
planning.
Traditional
demographic
methods,

Lotka—Volterra
prey—predator
equations
with
a
probabilistic
adaptation

theoretical

forecasting.

ecological
theory—by
introducing
carrying
capacities
