Abstract Background Medical doctors and residents are regularly exposed to multiple stressors that may lead mental health problems. Healthcare professionals (HCPs) experienced prolonged stressful conditions during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, and global situation (particularly in United Kingdom) meant that they continue to sustain mental stress related subsequent cost-of-living healthcare budgeting crises. The psychological toll on HCPs may lead increased staff attrition, adversely impacting quality of patient care work security. To help mitigate this impact, current evidence is strongly supportive providers consistently adopting programmes fostering improvement coping resilience, facilitating healthy lifestyle, allocating some resources for therapeutic strategies (e.g. cognitive behavioural therapy-based other specified trauma-related issues) which can be delivered by trained professionals. We approaches are not a one-size-fits-all strategy, we also highlight need encourage treatment-seeking among those who it. Moral injury is a prevalent issue for secure mental healthcare staff, though understanding of the underlying mechanisms limited. This multi-study paper explores several developmental, cognitive and emotional pathways to moral associated wellbeing outcomes. <abstract><sec> <title>Background</title> <p>With its abrupt and huge health socio-economic consequences, the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has led to a uniquely demanding, intensely stressful, even traumatic period. Healthcare workers (HCW), especially nurses, were exposed mental challenges during those challenging times.</p> </sec><sec> <title>Objectives</title> <p>Review current literature on problems among nurses caring for COVID-19 patients.</p> <title>Methods</title> <p>This is narrative review critical evaluation of relevant publications.</p> <title>Results</title> <p>Nurses experienced higher levels stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, frustration, stigma, depersonalization compared other HCW. Factors that increased this symptomatology included concerns about infection or family members, inadequate staff protective equipment, extended working hours, insufficient information, reduced sense security, post-traumatic stress disorder. The factors improved psychopathology general positive attitude, job satisfaction, adequate information education, harmonious group relationships, development, emotional intelligence, psychological counseling, mindfulness-based reduction, stable leadership, guidance, moral practical administrative support.</p> <title>Conclusions</title> <p>Recent studies clearly show women, are most vulnerable subgroup HCW particularly prone impacts pandemic. documented vulnerability frontline nursing requires preventive management actions increase resilience develop defense mechanisms.</p> </sec></abstract>

Background Suicide is a crisis, and its occurrence in healthcare workers (HCWs) special challenge that requires urgent interventions. Aim This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of health promotion lifestyle training program on suicidal thoughts HCWs. Methods one-sample longitudinal using multi-stage sampling method 248 providers 2023.
