Several studies report significant changes in lifestyle habits during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet results are largely heterogeneous across populations. We examined and health behaviors first COVID‐19 lockdown Lebanon assessed whether mental physical indicators outbreak- lockdown-related factors related to these changes. Data come from a cross-sectional online survey (May–June 2020) which smoking, alcohol, diet, eating behavior, activity, sleep hours, satisfaction, social media use, self-rated health, life satisfaction (n = 494). changes' association with current depressive anxiety symptoms, presence of disorders, outbreak-related worries, using regression models adjusted for sociodemographic socioeconomic covariates. Most prevalent were increased use (63.2%) decreased (54.9%) activity (53.4%). Higher higher daily difficulties, diagnosed disorder worsening almost all behaviors. Participants outbreak worries had less healthy diet use. adherence preventive measures associated lower respectively. Results show clear clustering negative behavioral existing disorder, challenges lockdowns. Findings highlight importance tracking higher-risk subgroups mitigate further adverse impact on health.
