Recent years have witnessed increasingly extensive application of microbial fertilizers in agriculture. However, the effectiveness remains inconsistent because significant effects soil's physical and chemical properties on colonization. Therefore, exploring scientific is great significance for improving their effect crops. This study aimed to investigate Bacillus subtilis combined with liquid water-soluble carbon fertilizer soil rhizosphere community fresh maize. It employed a pot experiment design, incorporating five distinct treatments: T1 (liquid fertilizer), T2 (B. N24 fermentation solution), T3 + CK0 (clean water), CK1 (conventional fertilization). Illumina high-throughput sequencing was used analyze corn potting soil. The results indicated that fertilization treatments influenced maize following order: > CK0. treatment significantly increased contents total nitrogen, available phosphorus, potassium, organic matter (P < 0.05). enhanced nitrogen availability effectively preserved phosphorus within Furthermore, enriched diversity rhizosphere, thereby increasing abundance Firmicutes, Acidobacteriota, Bacteroidota, Mortierellomycota, Basidiomycota 0.05), demonstrating superior compared individual applications. were strongly linked composition, as shown by redundancy analysis In summary, B. fertility while also positively influencing structure community. provides theoretical foundation developing novel models cultivation.
