Bu çalışmada, 2001 yılından itibaren Türkiye’nin elektrik piyasasının kurumsal yapısı ve bu yapıdaki reformlar detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmanın hedefi, liberalleşen piyasa yapısının yenilenebilir enerjiye olan etkilerini alandaki düzenlemeleri analiz ederek enerji üretimi tüketiminin fiyatlarına nasıl yansıdığını ortaya koymaktır. Literatüre katkı sağlamak amacıyla, piyasasındaki fiyatlandırma mekanizmaları, dinamikleri yönelik desteklerin etkileri kapsamlı incelenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda, fiyatlarının istihdam oluşturma, dışa bağımlılığın azaltılması, teknoloji ürün ihracatı perspektifleri doğrultusunda belirlenmesi gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Ayrıca, uzun vadeli politikası hedefleri, talep beklentileri sistem maliyet gelişimi bağlamında farklı teknolojiler ağlar için üretim kapasitesinin entegre senaryo planlamasının önemi üzerinde durulmaktadır.

The production technology for stretch film is highly energy-intensive. With the growing penetration of renewable energy sources, ensuring stability and reliability Medium-Voltage Direct Current (MVDC) systems has become more critical than ever. A single fault in MVDC can cause significant disturbances, necessitating rapid precise diagnostics to prevent equipment damage maintain continuous power supply. In this work, we present a Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (Bi-GRU) model that both classifies locates faults. By capturing temporal behavior voltage signals, Bi-GRU framework surpasses traditional algorithms such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) networks. Furthermore, proposed approach addresses multiple scenarios including PTP (Pole-to-Pole), PPTG (Positive Pole-to-Ground), NPTG (Negative Pole-to-Ground) while preserving real-time diagnostic capabilities. extensive tests, our achieves an overall accuracy 95.54% average detection time below 1.3 ms, meeting real-world operational requirements. To assess robustness, sensor noise was artificially introduced emulate realistic conditions. Despite these challenging inputs, method consistently maintained high accuracy, confirming its practicality reliability. The rapid decline in environmental quality and the expanding ecological footprint (EFP) have become critical challenges, particularly for G20 nations that play a central role global economic growth. This study investigates determinants of its sub-components across 17 G 20 countries over period 1996 to 2021. Using advanced econometric methods such as cross-sectional dependence tests, slope homogeneity unit root cointegration GMM, fixed effect models, Granger causality analysis, this research provides comprehensive analysis key drivers. findings highlight technological advancements significantly reduce footprint, especially by enhancing regulations fostering sustainable practices. Human capital (HC) institutional (IQ) emerge contributors sustainability, while globalization (GB) demonstrates mixed effects on outcomes. Moreover, stringent policies (EPS) exhibit robust bidirectional causal relationships with EFP, underscoring their vital mitigating degradation. underscores importance targeted governmental interventions promote innovation, strengthen frameworks, enforce rigorous regulations. These insights provide actionable guidance balance growth aligning sustainability goals.
