Abstract Young people today are expected to navigate their precarious careers in an entrepreneurial way. Self-employment is gaining ground on wage labour as one attractive strategy for winning the battle with precariousness. Background: The intersection of occupational burnout and digital leisure activities has garnered increasing scholarly attention in recent years. However, limited research examined how Chinese healthcare workers engage with short-form video apps as a stress management tool. Objectives: This study employs serial multiple mediation model to explore the impact on use its subsequent effects sense community, intrinsic rewards, life satisfaction among aged 18-34. To understand how telework is perceived among occupational groups with different work tasks within the same company, this qualitative study aimed to explore managers and employees experience in relation well-being, individual performance, environment. This used a phenomenographic approach. Fourteen online interviews, comprising seven from industrial were conducted between February 2022 September 2023. The data analyzed inductively capture variations perceptions. findings showed that not universally beneficial or challenging; its effectiveness depends on contextual factors such as team setting, job role, type of work, organizational culture. Telework benefits both engaged (e.g., reading, drafting contracts, preparing reports) global collaborations, including improved work–life balance, overall performance. However, starting an office-based period facilitated cohesion, faster learning, deeper understanding Face-to-face onsite could be time-consuming and, therefore, stressful for some, but it time-saving others. Onsite faced increased workloads when colleagues teleworked, tended rely more physically present office. research highlights need tailored strategies enhance advantages while reducing challenges. Abstract The increase in remote working has changed the way both employees and organizations view work an already tumultuous landscape of IT sector. In this study, we surveyed Finnish (n = 266) from international sector company 2022 after mandates were lifted. We firstly examined how intensity (RWI) was associated with informal workplace learning, basic psychological needs satisfaction (BPNS, including autonomy, competence, relatedness), engagement, job satisfaction, turnover intention (RQ1). Second, investigated using structural equation modeling (SEM) BPNS, RWI engagement well-being outcomes (job intention) (RQ2). Finally, wanted to know whether mediated previous relationships (RQ3). Results for RQ1 generally against our expectations as only relatedness (negatively). SEM results (RQ2) matched autonomy positively related negatively intention.
