Introduction
Research
on
telework

Background:
The
intersection
of
occupational
burnout
and
digital
leisure
activities
has
garnered
increasing
scholarly
attention
in
recent
years.

limited
research
examined
how
Chinese
healthcare
workers
engage
with
short-form
video
apps
as
a
stress
management
tool.
Objectives:
This
study
employs
serial
multiple
mediation
model
to
explore
the
impact
on
use
its
subsequent
effects

community,
intrinsic
rewards,
life
satisfaction
among
aged
18-34.
Methods:
Data
were
collected
through
an
online
survey,
362
valid
responses,
analyzed
using
descriptive
statistics,
hierarchical
regression,
analyses,

SPSS
25.0.

direct
association
between

To
understand
how
telework
is
perceived
among
occupational
groups
with
different
work
tasks
within
the
same
company,
this
qualitative
study
aimed
to
explore
managers
and
employees
experience
in
relation
well-being,
individual
performance,
environment.

phenomenographic

interviews,
comprising
seven
from
industrial

Abstract
The
increase
in
remote
working
has
changed
the
way
both
employees
and
organizations
view
work

tumultuous
landscape

IT
sector.

this
study,
we
surveyed
Finnish
(

=
266)

international
sector
company

after
mandates
were
lifted.
We
firstly
examined
how
intensity
(RWI)
was
associated
with
informal
workplace
learning,
basic
psychological
needs
satisfaction
(BPNS,
including
autonomy,
competence,
relatedness),
engagement,
job
satisfaction,
turnover
intention
(RQ1).
Second,
investigated
using
structural
equation
modeling
(SEM)
BPNS,
RWI
engagement
well-being
outcomes
(job
intention)

Finally,

whether

Abstract
Young
people
today
are
expected
to
navigate
their
precarious
careers
in
an
entrepreneurial
way.
Self-employment
is
gaining
ground
on
wage
labour
as
one
attractive
strategy
for
winning
the
battle
with
precariousness.
From
Granovetter’s
studies
present
day,
of
most
prolific
lines
research
factors
influencing
strategies
job
insertion
emphasises
key
importance
personal
networks.
Based
social
capital
theory,
this
article
tests
(1)
whether
composition
young
people’s
networks
associated
desire
move
towards
independent
careers;
and
(2)
whether,
among
mechanisms
orientation,
there
ability
mobilise
contacts’
resources,

avoiding
conflict
exploiting
different
forms
support.
