We live in an increasingly digitalized and competitive world, so the use of technological resources continuing education is essential. The objective was to determine impact MOOC based on flipped classroom methodology level information competence literacy primary school teachers. approach quantitative, pre-experimental design. sample consisted 810 teachers from Lambayeque region. After application, it found that competency navigation, search filtering information, data digital content obtained highest score, with 2.84 pretest 3.67 posttest a scale 1 5. conclusion need train they are able respond effectively efficiently new challenges this society.
