Objectives: The aim of the present study was to provide insight into potential predictors HPV vaccination uptake and willingness get vaccinated. Methods: This cross-sectional conducted among university students using an online, anonymous, self-administered questionnaire. Vaccine hesitancy measured according adult Hesitancy Scale (aVHS). Sociodemographic characteristics, beliefs about decision-making, behavior, receive vaccine unvaccinated students, sources information vaccinations were investigated. Results: Among 542 sampled 11.1% classified as vaccine-hesitant. About one third (31.7%) had not received vaccination. Males, older those who dTap-IPV booster dose, being discouraged from getting vaccinated by a healthcare worker more likely be Students having parent holding degree or higher compared parents with high school diploma less. 65.7% willing against HPV, it positively associated low aVHS score female gender, well enrolled in medical life sciences majors. Conclusions: Suboptimal observed, especially male students. Insights highlight need address misconceptions infection vaccines providing facts that can used conversations individuals may feel insecure after heard various myths
