In an era marked by sustainability challenges and digital transformation, organizations face heightened uncertainty in strategic decision-making. This paper applies a conceptual tool, fuzzy-based decision model, the appraisal of attractiveness electric vehicle acquisition navigates multifaceted complexities integrating economic, environmental, infrastructural factors. A concise overview fuzzy principles highlights their relevance to management uncertain contexts. The study uses practical example demonstrate how set-based models assess EV synthesizing costs, environmental impact, depreciation, energy independence variables. findings reveal model’s potential enhance clarity efficiency, offering managers simple but robust framework for navigating complex trade-offs. Implications sustainable suggestions future research on advanced support systems are discussed.
