Invasive
pulmonary
aspergillosis
is
a
severe
fungal
infection

Abstract
There
is
increasing
recognition
that
respiratory
viral
infections
such
as
influenza,
syncytial
virus,
parainfluenza
adenovirus,
and
SARS‐CoV‐2
can
promote
the
development
of
invasive
fungal
pulmonary
coinfections,

aspergillosis,
both
in
immunocompetent
immunocompromised
