Water treatment technologies have received great attention recently, as water is the most important nutritional element, and animals consume it daily in larger quantities than those of food. The ideal affects chemical composition physical properties water, having a significant positive impact on animal’s physiology, productivity, welfare. Studies conducted ionization devices for broiler chickens remain limited; therefore, this study was planned to investigate effect ionized drinking productive performance, physiological status, carcass characteristics chicks. A total 900 one-day-old chicks were randomly equally assigned three groups, each with six replicates (50 birds/replicate). first group (C) tap served control, while second (T1) from an ionizing device that worked 1 h/100 L. third (T2) 2 analysis performed. Productive traits, such weekly body weight, feed intake, recorded. Hematological parameters biochemical constituents measured according reference’s description. Furthermore, characteristics, weight dressing percentage, bacterial count intestine, Lactobacilli Coliform counts, determined. From results, (T1 T2) had negative ORP, which often desirable suggests presence antioxidant lower dissolved solids (TDSs), heterotrophic plate (HPC), algal (ATC) water. treated showed higher final weights better conversion rates control. Ionized also improved quality percentage. T1 T2 exhibited hemoglobin, protein, globulin, G M immunoglobulin, capacity (TAC) levels, well malondialdehyde (MDA) low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels they pathogenic bacteria counts. Therefore, recommended employ approach chicken particularly L application, animal health,

Heat stress (HS) negatively impacts poultry production by reducing growth performance and compromising physiological health. Nutritional strategies, particularly amino acid supplementation, are explored to mitigate these adverse effects. This study evaluates the impact of high dietary threonine supplementation on performance, health biomarkers, oxidative status, meat quality, intestinal histology in cyclic HS broilers. A total 288 1-day-old Hubbard broilers were randomly allocated six treatment groups: Thermoneutral, control, supplemented with 125% (HS-125), 150% (HS-150), 175% (HS-175), 200% (HS-200) NRC-recommended threonine. Birds groups exposed (35°C, 75% relative humidity) from day 22 42. Growth was recorded weekly, while parameters, markers, jejunal analyzed post-exsanguination. significantly reduced body weight gain feed intake, did not improve parameters. However, liver weight, serum albumin, cholesterol levels improved at higher doses (175%-200%). Threonine also corticosterone malondialdehyde levels, suggesting enhanced resilience. Superoxide dismutase activity, an indicator defense, threonine-supplemented groups. In histology, acidic goblet cells increased, intraepithelial lymphocyte infiltration decreased birds 175%-200% threonine, indicating gut integrity. Meat quality attributes, including crude protein stability, showed minor but inconsistent variations across treatments. Although (175%-200%) resilience enhancing health, selected biomarkers broilers, however, it failed enhance performance. These findings suggest that supports adaptations under HS, its use as a promoter conditions may be economically viable. Further studies warranted optimize balance for productivity.

The relentless drive to meet global demand for poultry products has pushed rapid intensification in chicken farming, dramatically boosting efficiency and yield. Yet, these gains have exposed a host of complex welfare challenges that prompted scientific scrutiny ethical reflection. In this review, I critically evaluate recent innovations aimed at mitigating such concerns by drawing on advances behavioral science digital monitoring insights into biological adaptations. Specifically, focus four interconnected themes: First, spotlight the complexity avian sensory perception—encompassing vision, auditory capabilities, olfaction, tactile faculties—to underscore how lighting design, housing configurations, enrichment strategies can better align with birds’ unique worlds. Second, explore novel tools gauging emotional states cognition, ranging from cognitive bias tests developing protocols identifying pain or distress based facial cues. Third, examine transformative potential computer bioacoustics, sensor-based technologies continuous, automated tracking behavior physiological indicators commercial flocks. Fourth, assess data-driven management platforms, underpinned precision livestock deploy real-time optimize broad scale. Recognizing climate change evolving production environments intensify challenges, also investigate breeds resilient extreme conditions might open new avenues welfare-centered genetic approaches. While adoption cutting-edge techniques shown promise, significant hurdles persist regarding validation, standardization, acceptance. conclude truly sustainable progress hinges an interdisciplinary convergence ethology, neuroscience, engineering, data analytics, evolutionary biology—an integrative path not only refines assessment but reimagines ethically scientifically robust ways.

Gut health is essential to the overall well-being of a human being due its implication on digestion, performance immune system, and nutritional absorption. The gut microbiota represents an intricate ecology bacteria, fungi, viruses, important in regulating response maintaining intestinal health. Fruit-based diets have developed as constituent health, current studies highlight nutrition modulating composition activity. Rich fiber, polyphenols, vitamins, antioxidants, fruits also expand immunological function, subordinate inflammation stomach, boost microbial diversity. article reviews benefits fruit-derived dietary fibers, which assist prebiotics fostering development beneficial decreasing inflammation. These antioxidants include flavonoids carotenoids, whose immunomodulatory properties are under investigation for therapeutic use autoimmune diseases, infections, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Some particular interest bananas, apples, citrus, berries, consistently shown their gastrointestinal effects. There still barriers increasing fruit intake, including socioeconomic restrictions need personalized counseling. review fills existing gap literature. It encourages enhanced by combining most recent research with practical recommendations implementing fruit-based into daily nutrition.

However, there is a huge demand for these two feedstuffs from animals (e.g., corn meal). Humanity’s numbers expected rise 9.1 billion by 2050. The poultry goods including meat eggs rising worldwide. As result, the feed will globally. supply of wholesome chickens getting more scarcer today. Food security be at risk, particularly developing nations. Efforts being made replace portions most traditional feedstuffs, i.e., corn, with alternate ones. present review explores nontraditional ingredients which could included diets. Moreover, nutritional value alternatives bioavailability explored this review, alongside means that applied enhance alternatives.
