While studying the prevalence and profile of antibiotic resistance among E. coli isolated from feces calves with signs colibacillosis, a strain wide spectrum drug was isolated. Whole-genome sequencing, followed by bioinformatic processing annotation genes this strain, showed that genome has total length 4,803,482 bp contains 4986 genes, including 122 RNA genes. A 31% are functionally significant represent 26 functional groups. Additionally, 55 were revealed. phenotypic drug-resistance study performed according to CASFM CLSI guidelines, which investigated resistant eight antibacterial drugs different classes, colistin. This is first report on AMR an isolate obtained sick calf evidence escherichiosis in Kazakhstan. The provided information will be valuable evolution development antibiotic-resistant forms increase our knowledge pathogenicity. It may also source for future comparative studies virulence isolates.
