The rapid development of digital technologies and their active implementation in all spheres the economy, on one hand, contribute to increased control over activities economic entities, other create new challenges associated with dynamic cybercrime. purpose article is analyze global trends cybercrime 2016-2023 (by calculating national levels cybercrime) model mechanisms combating it order form a global, open safe cyberspace, protect population from cyber threats fraud, increase effectiveness financial monitoring procedures transactions cyberspace. presents dominant directions, evolutionary, temporal spatial patterns crime clustering countries, identification leaders outsiders field (through visualization density maps based construction self-organized Kohonen maps). results calculations confirm significant level world since 2016 (in particular, due COVID-19 pandemic transformation). A comparative analysis indicator across countries made possible distinguish those highest rates (Slovenia, Iceland, Moldova, Georgia) significantly higher security (Greece, Belgium, France, Germany).
