Background:
This
study
aimed

Abstract
Vision
is
important
for
various
tasks,
from
visually
tracking
moving
objects
to
maintaining
balance.

visual
information
through
eye
movements
performed

alone

Abstract
Ageing‐related
sensory
deteriorations
are
significantly
associated
with
poor
balance
control
among
older
individuals,
resulting
in
a
higher
risk
of
falling
dark
environment.
In
particular,
the
proprioceptive
system
plays
critical
role

aimed
to
determine
how
ageing‐related

standing
under

conflicts.

adults

Purpose
Baduanjin
represents

affordable

secure
method

exercising
