The objective of this article was to explore managerial trends and the implementation artificial intelligence in university management, with a particular focus on Latin American context. To end, mixed study designed, operationalized through documentary review bibliometric procedures, qualitative thematic analysis, triangulation system, an integration data supported by external sources. results were organized into five management strategies, three emerging trends, recommendations for managers, main themes. These reflect significant progress, but also pose challenges, especially regions structural inequalities resource constraints. analyzed indicate need balanced approach that combines technological innovation ethical social considerations. Furthermore, findings emphasize importance international collaboration local capacity building ensure equitable sustainable AI. It is concluded it cardinal underline potential AI transform higher education, provided technical, ethical, challenges are addressed comprehensively.

A bibliometric analysis and a literature review on gender parity theories were carried out using Scopus VOSviewer. The search in allowed us to study the temporal evolution, types of publications (books, articles, scientific notes), disciplines countries. results show that has been studied since 1968, with gap between 1969 1993 notable increase 2006. Social sciences lead research, followed by arts humanities, business, medicine economics. In Mexico, is supported three spheres government, significant advances electoral field. Countries such as Sweden, Finland Denmark high female representation their congresses, while Italy, United Kingdom, France Greece present weaker systems. It concluded legislative power quotas are essential for social empowerment, highlighting need more robust public policies interdisciplinary approaches achieve real effective equity.
