The questionnaire was uploaded onto online platform connect.ee participants were invited complete it. reveals that only conscientiousness positively significantly predicts logic. However, four five factors predict logic, i.e., openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, except for neuroticism. Furthermore, nine 25 hypotheses are positive significant, 11 relationships model, three negative non-significant logic eight Finally, there another model which but non-significantly related. Managers companies in Estonia should think shifting as most therefore, possibility a better performance firms. Eight 51 items had standardised regression weights below threshold 0.500, extracted final model. extraction indicates need re-identification constructs using, example, six-factor traits.

After each lesson homework, they assessed opportunity. results showed asynchronous these individual context-based variables, frequently depending on progression journey. added concept artifact some generalizing dimensions describe Recommendations given for implementation research training.
