Ultra-marathon running - where races are held in distance-limited (50 km, 50 miles, 100 etc.), time-limited (6 h, 12 24 48 72 and multi-stage is gaining popularity. However, we have no knowledge of the fastest 48-hour runners originate held. This study tried to determine origin predictor factors associated with ultra-marathon performance, such as age, gender, event country, country race course specific characteristics. A machine learning (ML) model based on XG Boost algorithm was built predict speed from athlete´s origin, occurs characteristic elevation (flat or hilly) surface (asphalt, cement, granite, grass, gravel, sand, track, trail). Model explainability tools were then used investigate how each independent variable would influence predicted result. sample 16,233 records 7,075 unique originating 60 different countries participating 36 between 1980 2022 analyzed. Participation spread across many countries, USA, France, Germany, Australia at top participants' rankings. Athletes Japan, Israel, Iceland achieved average speed. The Great Britain, Netherlands, Egypt. showed that course) (track) variables had a larger athlete hold most important features by SHAP analysis, yielding broader range outputs. Men ~ 0.5 km/h faster than women. Most finishers 45-49 years old, this age group speeds. In summary, for fast races, whilst lead broadest difference range. Objectives: Taekwondo performance is influenced by a complex and dynamic interplay of physical, nutritional, psychological factors, all which contribute to competitive success. However, the gender-specific relationships among these factors in young high-performance athletes remain understudied. This study aimed fill this knowledge gap. Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted with 35 elite taekwondo (male: n = 20, female: 15, age: 13 ± 1 years). Participants underwent anthropometric assessments, dietary evaluations, skill assessments during an 8-week training camp before World Championships. Physical assessed using Frequency Speed Kick Test (FSKTmult) Taekwondo-Specific Agility (TSAT). Statistical analyses included independent t-tests, correlation analyses, regression models. Results: Males exhibited significantly higher fat-free mass (FFM: 42.8 2.9 kg vs. 36.3 1.6 kg, p < 0.001), skeletal muscle (SMM: 31.1 2.2 28.2 energy intake (32.4 4.6 kcal/kg 29.3 3.1 kcal/kg, 0.032) than females. also had greater intakes vitamin A, C, magnesium, iron (all 0.05). There were no gender differences any attributes associated emotional intelligence, sport success perception, mental toughness. Although total kick count FSKTmult similar for male female (100.2 97.5 5.9 kicks, 0.139), males outperformed females round 4 (19.4 1.1 18.6 1.4 0.048) 5 (18.2 1.0 17.2 0.007) test, suggesting physical maintenance test. Regression models indicated that body (β 0.901, 0.001) calcium 0.284, 0.011) predicted males, while 1.372, protein 0.171, 0.012), regulation 0.174, 0.012) key predictors Conclusions: These findings highlight importance integrated approach training, nutrition, preparation optimizing performance. While demonstrated resilience output taekwondo-specific superior endurance later test rounds Performance optimization may require implementation nutrition strategies, emphasizing weight control
