Background: In the COVID-19 pandemic age, vaccination hesitancy also known as vaccine refusal is a cause for worry since it hinges on five Cs of confidence, complacency, convenience, calculation, and shared responsibility. The current study was to pinpoint elements that contribute breastfeeding women's hesitation receive coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) vaccine. Materials Methods: A cross-sectional observational carried out at Department Obstetrics Gynaecology, Tertiary Care Hospital, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Result: Out 365 nursing mothers, 242 (66.3%) were hesitant get vaccination. Those who chose not mostly belong those aged 18 25 (38.1%), living in rural regions (44.9%), belonging non-tribal ethnic groups (41.1%). On application logistic regression, found areas had 3 times higher rate than urban residents, husbands' education levels up 12 th grade 3.55 5 agriculture by husband's occupation, which statistically significant ( P value less 0.05) most prevalent grounds rejection fear side effects (85.8%) adverse newborns (83.48%). Conclusion: Both husband wife, completed high school aware vaccination, fearful Concerns about undesirable their main reasons refusal.

A gravidez, durante a pandemia da COVID-19, mostrou-se como um fator de risco para o desdobramento infecção. Todavia, mesmo com aumento do risco, insegurança população vacinação foi e tem sido obstáculo saúde grávidas lactantes. Sob ponto vista, mortalidade é maior em mulheres infectadas pela dessa forma, visto grande relevância sensibilizar esse grupo sobre segurança vacinação. Nessa perspectiva, estudos analisados mostram que baixa adesão à alarmante, tanto lactantes quanto geral quando questionado referente estas mulheres. Ademais, revisado no presente estudo aceitação vacina gestantes motivada por fatores socioeconômicos. Contudo, evidências científicas sugerem eficácia das vacinas COVID-19 lactantes, taxas eventos adversos baixa. Outrossim, gravidez demonstrou reduzir as infecção complicações obstétricas. Logo, embora negação vacinal persista, especialmente entre base científica indica contra benéfica segura essa população, contribuindo proteção mãe feto.

To estimate the global burden of stillbirths among pregnant women with COVID-19 vaccination. In this systematic review and meta-analysis, a literature search was carried out in PubMed, Cochrane Scopus until February 4, 2023, language restriction (English). Title-abstract screening followed by full text done independently two authors, based on research question, "What is prevalence vaccinated vaccines?" Two authors extracted relevant data from every study. The third author resolved conflict. This study registered PROSPERO PRISMA guidelines. A Random effects model applied to assess pooled stillbirths. I2 test used heterogeneity articles included For checking publication bias, Doi plot contour-enhanced funnel were utilized. database yielded 168 articles; 11 them determined be eligible for 8 ended up being meta-analysis. stillbirth against infection 0.00509 (5 per 1000 live births delivered (95% CI: 0.00003–0.01676).
